About our Team

Sami Haboush is the Owner of The Foundation Specialists LLC. Born and raised in Greater Cincinnati, Sami grew up watching his father, Fadi, repair foundations throughout the region for over 30 years. In 2025, Sami proudly purchased the business, continuing the family legacy and allowing his father to enjoy retirement.Sami now resides in Milford, Ohio with his wife and two children. He is passionate about accurately diagnosing the root causes of foundation and waterproofing issues in homes across Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. With experience working on the many different foundation types found in this region, Sami takes pride in thoroughly investigating each home and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners.He believes informed homeowners make confident decisions. That's why he takes time to educate clients on what's happening beneath their homes and the options available to fix it.Outside of work, Sami enjoys coaching youth sports, playing pickleball, and traveling with his family.For three decades, families across Greater Cincinnati have trusted our name to protect what matters most — their homes.That trust isn't just our history — it's our responsibility to carry forward with every project we take on.
